I’m looking to bring strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills to a remote Booking Agent role, using my experience in professional customer support and administrative accuracy to resolve issues efficiently.

I’m a friendly and organised Computer Science student at the University of Hull with experience in customer service, administrative support and enterprise IT.
