I’m a self-motivated IT student focused on learning core IT principles, software applications, data security, and project creation. I combine classroom learning with hands-on experience to build practical technical abilities.

My work history includes retail and hospitality roles where I developed strong customer service, time management, and manual dexterity. I supported store logistics, sales, and in-person and phone-based customer interactions.

During summer roles I learned task prioritization in busy environments, refined communication skills, and gained experience recommending products and handling transactions. These experiences reinforced my adaptability and work ethic.

I am committed to completing tasks responsibly and continuing to grow technically and professionally, bringing a dependable, service-oriented mindset to IT-focused roles.
