What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role where I can apply customer service and operations experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with growth and learning opportunities.

I am a motivated, detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in airport customer service, social media management, and international cultural exchange. I bring a strong service mindset, reliability, and proven ability to manage documentation, operations, and client relationships under pressure.

While living and working abroad in the United States, I developed independence, adaptability, resilience, and advanced English communication skills. In airport operations I ensured customer safety and service quality, identified process improvements, and supported daily operational coordination.

I also led team meetings, managed finances and operational tasks, and executed digital marketing strategies as a social media manager. I am pursuing dual bachelor’s degrees in Aeronautical Sciences and Software Engineering and continually upskilling through courses in tourism management and customer service.
