I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can own issue resolution end-to-end, support customers and teams with accurate documentation, and use strong systems/tools to improve the customer experience and outcomes.

I’m a customer service and customer support professional who handles high-volume inquiries, guiding people from first contact to resolution through email, chat, and calls. In my roles, I managed 80+ customer interactions daily, supported visa and travel documentation processes, and drove customer retention through upselling and cross-selling.

I also strengthen back-office operations by handling invoices, account updates, subject assessments, and audits, while resolving technical issues that help teams move faster. I bring a customer-experience-focused foundation from my Post Graduate Program in Digital Transformation and work with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and Google/Microsoft productivity platforms.
