With a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, I have cultivated a strong foundation in economic principles and contract management. My career began as a Junior Property Specialist at Eastwood Property Holding, Inc., where I honed my skills in property management and client relations. Following this, I transitioned to IBM Business Services, where I took on various roles, including Process Workflow Coordinator and Contract Support Professional, ultimately becoming a Quote to Cash Professional.

Throughout my tenure at IBM, I was responsible for the end-to-end process of contract management, which included pricing, validation, registration, billing, and dispute resolution. My ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a team environment has been instrumental in achieving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
