At ServiceSource International Philippines, Inc., I processed renewal quotes, updated customer information in CRM systems, and generated renewal contract quotations for HPE Aruba accounts. I was promoted to Quality Assurance Auditor in July 2019, auditing quotes and providing corrective feedback to quoting teams.
Earlier, I processed licensing agreements and amendments at Arvato Bertelsmann, and handled document processing and transaction work at American Data Exchange (AMDATEX).
