In my current customer success work, I lead end-to-end client onboarding and product implementation—gathering requirements, configuring workflows, and coordinating go-lives across multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously. I serve as the primary client POC through the full lifecycle, managing timelines, communications, and stakeholder expectations across cross-functional product and engineering teams.

I also validate implementations with Postman-based API testing, UAT, regression, and integration testing to ensure reliability before go-live. Earlier, I supported B2C customer interactions and improved accuracy by resolving data mismatches and automation issues using SQL and Excel, while collaborating to identify root causes and streamline resolutions.
