At Bridgenext Engineering Services, I ran a $120M+ multi-cloud alliance portfolio across Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, AWS, and Microsoft. I certified 500+ sales and consulting professionals, registered 110+ deals and deployments, and published 20+ customer stories, helping the firm earn tier upgrades in five vendor programs.

I also coached sellers and delivery leads through joint enablement sessions, adding $20M in new pipeline and $10M in partner-sourced growth. With Snowflake and Salesforce, I challenged the teams to shape an outcome-based solution that closed a $1.5M pilot for a multi-agent case management platform.

At Teqfocus Consulting, I built the delivery and go-to-market playbook from scratch, lifting delivery margins from 14–16% to 25%+ and improving CSAT from 3.4 to 4.2. I now use Claude daily and am building partner-management agents in n8n and code, alongside independent AI projects.
