What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my customer service skills while helping individuals in need, particularly in areas related to fraud prevention and support.

I am a committed and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping people. My education in criminology and sociology has equipped me with the skills to empathize with people and effectively assist them. I pride myself on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that the needs of customers are always prioritized.

In my previous roles, I have successfully de-escalated various customer situations and provided support to those affected by various issues . My experience at the Co-operative Store and in customer service and fraud roles has honed my ability to communicate effectively and adapt to a wide range of situations.
