At DMND Sistemas, I lead product strategy and delivery for B2B SaaS, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives, turning customer workflows into implementation-ready priorities. I use AI throughout research, prototyping, documentation, and QA.

Through DMND, I lead AI-powered customer-service implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients. These include conversational agents using OpenAI APIs, RAG and vector memory, with orchestration through n8n, Supabase, and Redis.

At RSM - Rede Social de Marketing, I conceived the vision and operating model for a B2B2C MarTech platform that grew to approximately 2,500 agents. I implemented KYC verification and led KYB vendor discovery, selecting didit.me for planned API integration.

At Onsurance, I served as Product Lead for a Usage-Based Insurance product, specifying onboarding and verification workflows that used customer and vehicle data. I also designed and validated a live-preview workflow at RSM that reduced average task-creation time by 70% in usability testing.
