I’m a customer-focused graduate with hands-on experience in customer support, client communication, and administrative operations. I bring a detail-oriented approach to resolving inquiries, complaints, and service issues in fast-paced environments.

In my Laboratory Operations & Data Manager role, I managed and verified 50+ confidential records daily with high accuracy. I maintained organized digital and physical records for efficient retrieval, supported communication between patients and internal teams, and helped resolve record inconsistencies through proper follow-up.

As a Customer Support Representative, I assisted customers with product orders, delivery coordination, and service inquiries. I handled complaints professionally, ensured timely issue resolution, and communicated through phone, email, and chat support channels—always focused on customer satisfaction and retention.

I’m proficient in CRM principles and Microsoft Office tools, with practical exposure to Zendesk, HubSpot, and Salesforce (basic knowledge). I continue building my toolkit through Microsoft Office 365 and Virtual Assistant training, as well as a Customer Relationship Management course.
