I seek a customer-focused role leveraging CRM and ticketing tools, where I can improve support workflows, manage client communications, and grow toward project management.

I am a detail-oriented customer support and administrative professional with hands-on experience in records management, email and live chat support, and CRM ticket systems. I have a B.Sc. in Mass Communication and a proven track record of maintaining data integrity, improving filing workflows, and supporting client communications.
