I’m looking for a role where I can deliver compliant, high-quality customer service while handling calls confidently, using objection handling and cross-selling to support growth, and collaborating across teams to improve customer satisfaction.

I’m a customer service professional with 4+ years of consistent success in outbound cold calling and inbound support. I stay focused on script adherence, voice tone control, and critical thinking to handle inquiries confidently—while using de-escalation, objection handling, and time management to protect the customer experience and drive upselling and cross-selling.
