What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operational delivery, build scalable systems and controls, and partner cross-functionally in a mission-driven, data-conscious environment.

At StriveTogether, I lead operations and service delivery across Finance, HR, and Operations, building scalable workflows, financial controls, and contract lifecycle management processes.

I've implemented Salesforce contract tracking, integrated contract payments into Bill.com, and built the organization’s first proactive monthly contract audit process. My work improves data integrity, reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and timely service delivery while supporting executive and board-level decisions.

Previously, I strengthened operational tracking, vendor coordination, reporting, and community program delivery at Capital One and Winton Youth Center. I enjoy bringing structure to complex work and building systems that help mission-driven teams deliver results.
