I seek roles where I can improve cross-functional handoffs, lead contract negotiations, streamline compliance, and design scalable processes within collaborative, improvement-focused teams.

I am a contracts and people-operations professional who strengthens handoffs across trading, credit, accounting, legal, and HR to keep good work from getting lost in translation. I manage high-value negotiations, maintain compliance and records, and improve visibility early in workflows to prevent costly cleanup.

I've overseen 125+ active contracts and 20–30 concurrent negotiations, led HR operations for a 60+ employee organization as sole People Ops, and managed teams of up to 10 while delivering events for 2,000+ attendees. I focus on practical process design, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to shorten review cycles and sustain audit-ready transparency.
