I’m a Customer Advisor and assistant HR analyst with a background in the call-center field, specializing in technical support for two years. I’m a proactive and innovative person with an unconventional approach to problems, focused on finding quick and efficient solutions in unforeseen situations.

As an assistant HR analyst at DALS, I supported high-volume customer interactions and maintained communication with candidates as concise and clear as possible. I developed my organizational skills to an advanced level using Google Sheets, and I created knowledge bases (KBs) to support the technical process of the applications used.

Earlier, I refined my technical and critical-thinking skills as an Assistant Technical Support Analyst at Computer Generated Solutions, and I also gained customer persuasion skills from sales work by learning to identify customer needs. My technical toolkit includes Active Directory, printer maintenance, and software and hardware maintenance, along with Microsoft Office and SharePoint to help improve work processes and operational efficiency.
