I’m a motivated, service-oriented IT professional with hands-on experience in onsite support, service desk work, and troubleshooting across diverse organizations. I diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues while delivering excellent user support, with a strong focus on clear guidance and documentation.

In my current role as a NOC Operator, I monitor network and IT infrastructure, analyze and log alerts and incidents, and escalate when needed to 2nd-line or specialist teams to ensure continuity and availability of critical systems. Previously, I delivered onsite and remote IT support as an IT Support Professional and handled first-line support as an IT Service Desk Engineer, resolving incidents across Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Citrix, and Active Directory—while also performing password/application resets and managing incidents through ticketing systems like Topdesk.
