What I'm looking for

I'm looking to leverage my network administration, systems support, helpdesk, and on-site troubleshooting experience to enhance IT operations at NTT DATA, Inc.

I've supported mission-critical IT operations for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Census Bureau, ZEKAJA LLC, and English-El Enterprises. Most recently, I maintained network uptime, delivered in-person user support, and planned wireless expansion across three critical locations supporting Blount Island Command.

Across Navy assignments, I administered Active Directory and Exchange for more than 400 users, maintained 26 virtual servers with minimal downtime, and resolved over 2,000 trouble tickets. I also rebuilt a server environment after a primary Domain Controller failure, restoring daily operations for over 400 users.

I'm hands-on with Cisco hardware, Windows systems, network troubleshooting, hardware support, user training, and on-site service. I bring Security+ certification and clear written and verbal communication to improving IT operations.
