At SGS Mexico, I define growth strategies for new business development and expansion of existing strategic accounts. I use market analysis, customer intelligence, and business data to identify commercial opportunities and coordinate internal teams around customer needs.
At SICK Automation Solutions, I led market development in Mexico across Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Goods. I qualified SICK as a supplier for strategic accounts including Bimbo, Barcel, Ricolino, and Boehringer Ingelheim, and initiated a system integrator partnership that generated sales exceeding MXN 1.8 million.
At 3M, I managed a USD 37 million business portfolio and achieved 10% organic sales growth. I also optimized pricing strategy and introduced two new products to the market.
Earlier, I grew territory sales at Rockwell Automation Mexico from USD 1.5 million to USD 4 million and improved customer service performance, including a 92% improvement in Backlog performance. At Becton Dickinson Mexico, I developed warehouse inventory controls and helped implement Kanban for high-usage materials.
