I've led business operations at MultiplyMii Ventures, coordinating processes, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to support optimal staffing solutions. I also led the end-to-end migration from a legacy Applicant Tracking System to Bullhorn and built dashboards that turn company data into actionable decision-making insights.

At Ingenuity Consulting, I balanced Odoo development with project management, translating client requirements into end-to-end software solutions. I delivered custom Odoo development, user training, and platform adoption support for major government and private entities.
