I'm looking to lead product and digital adoption work that turns complex enterprise systems into intuitive employee experiences, using AI, workflow design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes.

At ServiceNow, I lead digital adoption strategy across Travel & Expense, Sales, and Data & Analytics, turning recurring workflow friction into $3.6M+ in measurable efficiency gains.

I've directed roadmaps for 15+ internal products, led migration of 142 Tableau dashboards to Power BI, and managed the global Concur Travel-to-Spotnana transition across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. My work improves employee experiences for teams around the world.

I partner with data scientists and AI engineers to turn user sentiment and operational data into better experiences for 24,000+ employees. I also co-led ServiceNow's Digital Adoption Design System and brought a RAG-powered NowAssist experience to Travel and Expense users through WalkMe.

Before ServiceNow, I founded Burhnan Media, building QR-enabled interactive art and AR storytelling experiences. My background in web development, UX/UI, visual storytelling, and customer research helps me translate complex systems into intuitive digital journeys.
