At Wells Fargo, I lead end-to-end product design for unsecured consumer lending operations, turning complex regulated workflows into shipped self-service and agent experiences. My payment-assistance flow recovered $53M within six months by giving customers in financial hardship a private, fully digital path to assistance.

As sole designer, I’ve modernized legacy servicing systems, redesigned a small-business loan-modification workflow that reduced average agent handling time by 83%, and replaced a manual pricing process with a role-based application that reduced update cycles from weeks to days. I work closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Content, Engineering, and operations teams to make complex decisions actionable.

I also founded the team’s Design Ops practice, introducing Definition of Ready intake, Jira capacity tracking, domain roadmaps, and stakeholder education artifacts that continue to support a seven-person team. I use Claude Code, Figma Make, and AI-assisted prototyping as part of my daily practice to accelerate requirements and test ideas in working code.

Earlier, I co-founded The ARRT Society, where I owned brand, product UX/UI, generative art, and community design for a blockchain and NFT venture. I’ve also designed digital products at Capgemini Invent, taught UX at Creative Circus, and built MANDR, GrowBuddy, and accessible fintech prototypes end-to-end.
