Led design across multiple client engagements spanning fintech and regional banking, including defining a new AI-powered product space and secure UX redesigns. Built and maintained a Figma-based design system and introduced Agile UX practices.
Led and mentored a team of designers while staying hands-on across health, fintech, and public sector products. Designed responsive web and mobile experiences, including a data-rich medical modeling application and a fully accessible redesign for a public platform with 1M+ monthly users.
Defined and shipped a new streaming service onboarding experience from scratch for a major media company. Led designers across project teams for multiple Fortune 500 clients and conducted user testing and interviews.
Worked directly with clients to design and develop wireframes and prototypes. Utilized user testing and interviews for iterative product review and incorporated UX processes into Agile methodology.
