Tom Waltz
@tomwaltz
I lead B2B SaaS products from discovery to delivery, building mobile workflows and AI-assisted product delivery.
What I'm looking for
At RapidWorks, I lead strategy and delivery for RapidOnTheGo!, a mobile platform used by 250 companies and 5,000+ field users. I led an eight-month rebuild to deliver offline ticketing workflows, flexible configuration, and legacy-backend API integration.
I built an AI-assisted delivery pipeline that turns customer interview transcripts into requirements, Jira tickets, Claude Code development, and agentic QA testing. I also use AI-powered HTML prototypes to validate realistic field workflows earlier and reduce late-stage engineering rework.
Previously at Nuvolo, I rescued and repositioned an underperforming Space and Reservation product line on ServiceNow, reversing retention decline and rebuilding executive investment through a workflow-driven roadmap and customer discovery. At Bentley Systems, I protected a $16M+ ARR CAD/BIM portfolio while balancing feature delivery, adoption data, and technical debt across global architecture and engineering customers.
My product career is grounded in 30 years in AEC, beginning as a practitioner and progressing from CAD drafting through BIM technology leadership. I bring that firsthand operational perspective to B2B SaaS products that replace manual work with practical, reliable workflows.
