Alejandro Haydar
@alejandrohaydar
I build production-ready design systems and AI-powered product experiences.
What I'm looking for
At Thought Industries, I design and ship AI-powered learning and customer education tools, including Conversational Search, while closing the gap between Figma and production code. I built Chameleon, a Tailwind- and Figma-variable-driven theming system that reduced sales demo setup from a week to hours and gave customers polished branded starting points.
Previously, I led UX through Thought Industries’ hypergrowth, built and scaled its UX team, and established user-centered product practices. My work spans medical-device interfaces at Philips, design systems at Commonwealth Financial Network that doubled designer-to-developer handoff efficiency, and a platform at Genscape later acquired by Wood Mackenzie.
