At MakeMyTrip, I manage the UK hotel portfolio across GoMMT, Goibibo, MyBiz, and MyPartner. A hotel-level recovery plan I owned delivered 100% YoY growth in direct room nights for the UK market.
I built the UK hotel portfolio from the ground up, evaluating and onboarding 120+ supply partners and growing Direct Share 123% YoY. I also negotiated preferential rates and inventory commitments with hotel General Managers and Revenue Managers.
In my current role, I lead three market managers and developed a market-intelligence framework to guide zone-level sales strategy. I also led a London portfolio handover and mapped points of contact across 31 chain-hotel accounts.
At GoComet, I managed 35 enterprise supply-chain accounts across India, the UK, and the USA. Targeted account expansion added USD 144K incremental ARR in FY2022, and process redesign cut the commercial closure cycle from 85 to 60 days.
