I’m a results-driven Business Development and Sales professional with over 12 years of experience across ed-tech, banking & finance, and university admission/upskilling programs. I’m known for managing end-to-end sales cycles, improving lead-to-enrollment conversions, and building high-performing teams through coaching and structured processes.

In my most recent role as a Senior Manager, Business Development at Bhanzu, I led a team of 10 sales professionals and worked closely with prospective students and parents to counsel them toward the right programs. I managed complete sales lifecycles—from lead generation to closure—strengthened follow-ups, improved conversion rates through performance tracking, and consistently focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Earlier, as a Centre Manager and Learning & Development Manager with Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKVY), I owned end-to-end center operations, training effectiveness, and operational performance. I coached teams on sales, counseling, and customer handling, collaborated with senior leadership on strategy execution, and helped drive enrollments while maintaining strong client relationships—an approach I continue to bring into every role, along with my CRM-based, data-aware way of working.
