What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining customer support and digital design/development where I can learn, contribute creatively, and grow in a collaborative team.

I am a creative problem-solver with experience in customer care, back-office operations, graphic design, and web development. I resolved customer complaints, processed account modifications, and managed returns while delivering loyalty-program support at Accor, and I have produced branding and visual materials for clubs and local events.

Currently training in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development while freelancing on web and design projects; I bring strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills, a passion for continuous learning, and fluency in English and Arabic.

I am also currently working at Concentrix, Microsoft project as a Sales Representative, part of the CLM team Customer Lifecycle Manager, I have been able to get up to 3 Microsoft Certificates AZ-900, AI-900 and MW (available upon request)
