I’m an analytical and creative marketing professional pursuing a Master’s in Luxury Brand Management at the University of Southampton. I specialize in CRM automation, data-driven marketing, and strategic market research, with a strong focus on aligning brand growth with consumer behavior.

In my current role as a CRM & Automation Strategist, I provide CRM consultation and technical implementation using GoHighLevel Pro Tools for client acquisition and engagement. I design automation workflows for marketing campaigns and client onboarding for enterprise-level clients, and I support top-tier agencies in aligning brand strategy with CRM systems to improve measurable ROI.

Earlier, I worked as a Marketing Research Intern at Woosh Navigation, conducting market research on SMEs in San Francisco and using CRM and AI tools to generate actionable insights that improve lead targeting efficiency. I also supported international expansion initiatives at Dari Mooch through cross-functional collaboration, helping with strategy alignment, implementation, and process optimization.
