What I'm looking for
I’m a CRM and lifecycle automation specialist with 5+ years’ experience delivering customer journeys across onboarding, retention, and campaign optimisation. I build and improve lifecycle communications that increase engagement, support retention, and strengthen CRM operations across cross-functional teams.
Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot, I combine segmentation, testing, and reporting to improve lifecycle journeys end-to-end.
