I’m looking to lead lifecycle and CRM campaigns where I can use segmentation, SQL, and performance analysis to improve onboarding, retention, and engagement—owning journey execution, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to continuously raise campaign quality.

I’m a CRM and lifecycle automation specialist with 5+ years’ experience delivering customer journeys across onboarding, retention, and campaign optimisation. I build and improve lifecycle communications that increase engagement, support retention, and strengthen CRM operations across cross-functional teams.

Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot, I combine segmentation, testing, and reporting to improve lifecycle journeys end-to-end. I’ve led CRM and email marketing activity, developed responsive HTML/CSS email templates, supported UAT and journey testing, and used SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to drive ongoing performance analysis and refinement.
