What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help fintech, NBFC, D2C, or B2B businesses build partnership-led growth, loyalty, rewards, and retention strategies, with ownership of commercial outcomes, P&L, and scalable operating models.

I built Bajaj Finserv’s rewards-partnership function from zero, onboarding 90+ brand partners and two aggregators in one year. I distributed 50M+ vouchers, saved ₹80 Cr by shifting to brand-funded rewards, and launched Bajaj Prime to 250K paid subscribers in its first year.

At Gyftr, I managed 125+ brand partnerships across an ₹800 Cr annual voucher ecosystem and delivered 24% YoY growth. Earlier at Stellr, I launched the prepaid and gift-card vertical, built 15+ brand partnerships, and retained every brand through COVID-19.

For HP at Digitas, I scaled a consumer loyalty platform from 10K to 60K+ monthly active users, improving CSAT by 28% and repeat purchase by 22%. I also developed the HP Upgrade Program, which grew to more than USD 2M in programme value.

I now advise fintech, NBFC, D2C, and B2B platforms on partnership architecture, loyalty, retention, market entry, and AI-led growth pilots. I also co-founded Beyond Bucket List, scaling the bootstrapped travel platform to ₹70L+ revenue in its first eight months through a partnership-first GTM.
