I've built strategic partnerships and business operations across fintech, banking, and insurance, creating commercial value through institutional relationships, distribution models, and process transformation.

At Instamojo, I led payment-gateway partnership discussions with banks and partnered with Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, and IDFC Bank to onboard and digitally transform small merchants. I delivered ₹10 Cr in projects within three months and helped target ₹5 Cr in monthly growth through referral partnerships and government integrations.

I also reduced merchant onboarding turnaround time from 10 days to 3 days, revamped KRA frameworks, and implemented Mixpanel, Jira, and Pipedrive to improve visibility into partner engagement, pipelines, and user interactions.

Previously, at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, I managed 30+ strategic partnerships and built distribution models with clients including CARS24 and Home Credit. At Jana Small Finance Bank, I led a 35+ member sales, marketing, and operations team and achieved 130% sales growth during demonetization.
