I’m a growth marketing and demand generation leader who’s built and scaled integrated pipeline engines across roles spanning 2011–2025, with a consistent focus on measurable outcomes like bookings, pipeline, and conversion.
In my most recent demand generation leadership work, I developed and executed multi-channel programs, created lead scoring and grading models, and optimized budget allocation using performance metrics like CPA, conversion rates, and ROI. I also built Hexure’s first fully integrated demand generation engine end-to-end, and at Jitterbit I generated 50% of annual new logo revenue globally (ARR), driving $25M in new logo pipeline.
Earlier, I helped create Syniverse’s global marketing campaign engine (growing from $250M to $400M in ARR), launched enterprise ABM campaigns generating $30M in new logo pipeline, and scaled revenue-oriented lead generation, content, and webinar/event programs. I partner closely with sales, leverage attribution and experimentation to improve the buyer journey, and build high-performing teams aligned with company objectives.
