aaron martin
@aaronmartin
I lead technology, cloud, governance, and digital services that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
What I'm looking for
I've led technology and digital services growth at Tandem Studios, launching three web-based offerings and delivering more than 250 customer websites. These new technology, hosting, and online services generated a multi-six-figure increase in revenue.
At Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance, I led the New Zealand IT function and delivered a Guidewire Cloud migration valued at up to $5 million NZD. I introduced governance, change management, vendor management, and reporting frameworks while working directly with Japanese parent-company IT leadership.
My infrastructure work has delivered practical results, including resolving a VoIP routing issue at Metlifecare that saved more than $96,000 annually with no capital spend. I also completed its enterprise disaster recovery programme and designed a multi-datacentre disaster recovery architecture for Royal London Group.
I've built IT services businesses, technology consultancies, and commercial service lines from the ground up. With 25+ years in IT, 10+ years in leadership, and direct P&L ownership, I assess technology investments by the value they create for the organisation.
