My journey has seen me scale and lead diverse technical teams of over 140 engineers, fostering an environment of empathy, open communication, and continuous learning. I believe in prioritizing customer value and aligning technical efforts with business goals, which has enabled me to deliver transformative results by modernizing legacy systems and addressing technical debt.

Currently pursuing a Master’s in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics, I am also exploring the realms of Artificial Intelligence.
