I’m a BBA graduate with a strong foundation in marketing, social media, and business strategy. I bring a practical, customer-first mindset and enjoy using market insights to improve outcomes.
In my recent customer relationship roles, I handled query resolution, grievance redressal, and order-related support. I’ve also managed Instagram and maintained active communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
On the marketing side, I’ve conducted competitor research and benchmarked product features and pricing. I also performed keyword analysis, analyzed social media content performance, and created Excel-based market research reports to track industry data and key metrics.
