I am a dedicated customer service professional with over 10 years of experience in various roles, including data entry, call center operations, and customer account management. My journey began at Chick-fil-A, where I honed my skills in team management and customer relations, eventually transitioning into remote work with Liveops. Here, I excelled as a Customer Service Specialist, managing accounts and resolving complex issues while mentoring new agents.
