I’m seeking a customer-focused role (preferably remote or hybrid) where I can use my healthcare customer service, training, and team leadership experience to improve member experiences and grow into greater responsibility.

I am a motivated, service-oriented customer support specialist with proven experience in healthcare customer service and fast-paced retail environments.

At Concentrix I delivered high-quality support to healthcare members via phone and chat, navigated multiple systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance, and consistently met KPIs including call quality and first-call resolution.
