We are looking for a talented Creative Director to join Upwork's Creative Team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop best-in-class advertising for a variety of touchpoints - including but not limited to: film, OOH, on-platform, web, events, product, packaging and more.
• Help lead in-house and external teams in creative strategy, execution and production
• Help apply and maintain consistency with art direction across all brand products, platforms, and campaigns
• Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams to serve a global audience
• Ability to work on high profile, highly collaborative projects across a range of executions
  
  

What it takes to catch our eye:

• 10+ years of experience at agency/in-house concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product
• Visual design, identity, storytelling, branding and flawless execution
• Experience in a multitude of creative disciplines, including film, print, packaging, product, mobile, activations, and OOH
• Experience with emerging technologies
• Experience with social products

The annual base salary range for this position in California and Washington is displayed below. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
