Location independent salary
No matter where you live, we'll pay you the same salary as someone else in your role. You can move anywhere in the country, like from San Francisco to Nashville, and your compensation won't change.
Ample paid-time-off
Part of the Airbnb employee benefits program is three to four weeks of paid-time-off (PTO), including sick days. However, the annual PTO varies based on how long the employee has been with the company.
