Requirements

Bachelor's degree (any field)
Accredited TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (120+ hours)

Computer: i5 processor or better @2.0 Ghz (8CPUs), 8GB RAM minimum
Internet: Stable fiber connection (20+ mbps upload/download)

Backup Power: UPS with 4-5 hours battery life (2000VA)
Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, backup headset recommended
Workspace: Quiet, well-lit teaching environment
