Teamleader

The story of Teamleader began in 2012, not in a boardroom, but with three students in Ghent, Belgium—Jeroen De Wit, Willem Delbare, and Mathias De Loore. They noticed a recurring struggle among small businesses: the administrative chaos that distracted entrepreneurs from their true passions. Driven by a desire to solve this, they founded what was then known as 'RGBSCAPE' and built a tool to help companies work smarter, not harder. Their solution, a unified platform for CRM, invoicing, and project management, quickly resonated with the market.

From those humble beginnings, the company experienced rapid organic growth. By 2015, Teamleader had expanded internationally, securing its first major investment and opening offices beyond Belgium. The journey continued with strategic acquisitions, including the agency software Yadera (now Teamleader Orbit) in 2019 and the online meeting platform Vectera in 2022. Today, Teamleader has evolved from a student project into a leading European SaaS scale-up, now part of the Visma group. With a team of over 200 people and headquarters in Ghent and Amsterdam, they continue to empower more than 15,000 entrepreneurs to sell, bill, and organize their work in one place.
