Your Duties:
- Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the company and propose improvements
- Build, document, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and internal processes
- Manage and improve internal project and workflow systems (ClickUp)
- Track key operational metrics including client profitability and team utilization
- Flag potential operational issues before they escalate
- Support the founder in running weekly team meetings and tracking execution
- Coordinate communication and work between departments (Amazon Operations, PPC, Content/Design, Project Management)
- Help design and improve hiring and onboarding processes for new team members
- Ensure operational alignment across teams working remotely in different time zones
- Contribute ideas and improvements to help scale the business efficiently
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or service/agency environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and operational risks
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes
- Experience working with remote and distributed teams
- Comfortable using collaboration and productivity tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and cross-team coordination
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in e-commerce, Amazon operations, or digital agencie
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- German language skills
