Our client is a fast-growing agency specializing in web design, brand identity, and website management. Their services include design, development, branding, and full-site management with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and reliability.

✍ Short Description:
We’re seeking a ProjectManager (Ecommerce/WordPress) to own day-to-day project execution from kickoff to delivery. You’ll turn client requirements into structured plans, build timelines and budgets, coordinate resources across design/dev/QA, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed with clear status updates. You’ll maintain scope and quality standards, manage change requests, and ensure smooth workflows across teams.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Build project plans (requirements, milestones, timelines, budgets) and keep them updated.

• Coordinate day-to-day execution with design, development, and QA; assign and track tasks in the PM tool.

• Maintain scope, manage change requests, and flag risks/roadblocks early with mitigation plans.

• Run project ceremonies: kickoffs, standups, reviews, and post-mortems; prepare agendas/recaps and weekly status.

• Ensure quality and handoff readiness (file hygiene, checklists, staging reviews, final QA) before client delivery.

• Keep stakeholders aligned: capture decisions, document SOW assumptions, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

• Support light financial tracking (pacing vs. estimate, hours/budget visibility) and on-time invoicing inputs.

💡 Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years in Project Management for websites or digital production (agency environment preferred).

• Hands on experience of WordPress (e.g., themes/builders like Elementor), CMS workflows, and web QA; bonus: Webflow/Shopify.

• Hands-on experience turning briefs into timelines/backlogs and shipping on time/within scope.

• Proficiency with PM tools (ClickUp/Asana/Monday/Jira) and documentation (Docs/Sheets).

• Strong stakeholder coordination, written status reporting, and attention to detail in a fast-paced remote team.

• Nice to have: familiarity with Shopify
