About The RoleResponsible for managing the coordination, documentation preparation, and electronic and physical shipping of collateral to FHLB and the custodian. Oversees, tracks and reviews insurance coverage, including property, liability, earthquake and flood coverage for active loans in the commercial mortgage loan portfolio. Reviews and approves insurance for new loan closings. Actively communicates with loan servicing and mortgage bankers on non‑compliance issues. Additional responsibilities include tracking and notification of delinquent real estate property taxes; boarding new loans and maintaining the records management system; supporting accounting and cash management functions including secondary approver, reviewing documents and preparing releases on paid in full loans; and responding to general loan servicing inquiries. This is a remote role with required travel to the Bellevue office for in‑person events a few times per year.What You Will DoDownload and compile CRE loan documentation including loan documents, organizational documents, title insurance policies, third party reports, leases, borrower financials, NOI Analysis and inspections, and servicing system information.Prepare loan files, Data Tape, Loan Schedule, Assignments of Mortgage, and other miscellaneous required documents required for shipping and pledging to custodian.Review property & liability insurance and actively pursue corrections where necessary to assure satisfaction of insurance requirements prior to closing.Coordinate review and approval in connection with target funding dates to ensure that final insurance is complete and acceptable prior to closing date.Download property & liability insurance renewals and update servicing system, review and analyze insurance documentation received, contact Mortgage Bankers for corrections, run reports, and assist with insurance exceptions, including delinquencies and non‑compliance issues.Educate and train Loan Servicing Associates and Mortgage Bankers on insurance coverage and reporting system; communicate with Mortgage Bankers regarding non‑compliant insurance coverage.Be a resource for department and team members.Provides general support to other areas within Loan Servicing including boarding of new loans, reviewing loan documents for accuracy and data entry in records management system; fielding 1098 inquiries and accuracy for reporting, final approver for mortgage verifications, ACH changes, amortization schedules, wiring instructions and assumption processing.Maintain data and process changes (second approver for address, authorizations) in the records management systems.Lead and participate on projects under Supervisor's direction.What We Offer YouFlexible full‑time or hybrid telecommuting arrangementsPlan for your future with our 401(k) plan and take advantage of immediate vesting and company matching up to 6%Paid time away including vacation and sick time, flex days and ten paid holidaysGive back to your community and double your impact through our company matchingWant more details?
