About Rad AI

Founded by the youngest US radiologist in history, Rad AI empowers physicians with Al to save time, reduce burnout, and improve the quality of patient care. By combining our deep expertise in healthcare and AI and using one of the largest proprietary radiology report datasets in the world, our AI has uncovered hundreds of new cancer diagnoses for patients and reduced the error rate in tens of millions of radiology reports by nearly 50%.

We have raised $50+ million to date from venture funds such as Gradient (Google’s AI fund) and ARTIS. We’ve also formed a partnership with Google to collaborate on the future of generative AI to redefine healthcare. Currently, more than 1/3 of radiology groups and healthcare systems, including Kaiser Permanente, HCA Healthcare, and Geisinger, now leverage the latest Gen AI advancements from Rad AI. We're recognized as one of the most promising healthcare AI companies by both CB Insights and AuntMinnie. Come join us in transforming healthcare with AI!

Why Join Us:

We are looking for an experienced analytical marketing operations expert who will play a critical role in owning our MarTech infrastructure and tools, building our internal processes and workflows, facilitating campaign operations, maintaining database health, and ensuring excellent reporting across marketing and sales for our commercial team. In this role, you will leverage a mix of technical and analytical skills to drive sales efficiency and marketing effectiveness through data analysis and system integrations. If bridging the gap between sales and marketing excites you, and you enjoy using data and coding to drive revenue growth, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone interested in getting their hands dirty, who likes to tackle difficult data questions, and who wants to scale our revenue operations by empowering marketing to optimize its capabilities. Someone proactive and ready to measure and wholly own campaign performance, attribution, and lead engagement to maximize campaign Return on Investment (ROI). To excel in this role, you need to be agile and adaptable to the ever-changing needs of our business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams regularly to ensure the lead handling process is optimized for conversion, integrated demand generation campaigns are enabled, and our Marketing technology stack is optimized. In addition, this role involves data hygiene, augmentation, as well as process & data governance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the marketing tech stack to enable strategic targeting, dynamic demand generation campaigns, performance measurement, tooling, and integrated reporting across sales and marketing

  • Ensure data integrity and management initiatives, including segmentation and analysis, process workflows, data uploads, and data augmentation.

  • Reporting and analytics on the performance of B2B demand generation, including dashboards, campaign metrics, and attribution across marketing campaigns/channels (webinars, email marketing, tradeshows & hosted events, digital advertising, social media, website, content, landing pages, etc.)

  • Framework and methodology for a predictive analytics pipeline, including data and analytics from multiple sources to inform marketing activities and investment strategies to drive conversion and accelerate sales results; manage and optimize lead scoring models.

  • Develop Python or JavaScript code to automate workflows, streamline processes, and integrate systems beyond basic iPaaS tools like Zapier as needed.

  • Collaborate with commercial team members to create a seamless lead generation and nurturing process.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing

  • Design workflows in HubSpot that maintain data integrity with a system of checks and balance that minimize process knowledge on behalf of sales team members

  • Explore, recommend, and implement automation tools to streamline CRM processes and enhance marketing efficiency across the tech stack

  • Lead objectives, goals, and metrics and define best practices, standards, and processes to drive successful customer acquisition and funnel conversion.

Who We're Looking For:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics and/or operations at a high-growth company with a focus on demand generation and performance or growth marketing

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure problems into an analytics plan

  • Willing to work and execute on a tactical as well as strategic level

  • Mastery of Hubspot (proficiency with other CRM and marketing automation systems also beneficial)

  • Highly analytical and proficient with reporting and BI tools, such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau

  • Advanced proficiency in Python, JavaScript, database management, and working with APIs.

  • Experience with A/B Testing and experimental design

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative/technical subject or relevant field (Quantitative Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science)

  • Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and high attention to detail; self-starter able to work independently at a high level; meticulous about data hygiene and data compliance

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA or exceptionally strong analytical background is preferred.

  • 7+ years of consulting, finance, strategy, and/or marketing analytics experience in a similar industry.

  • Proficient with front-end development and SEO tools such as Webflow, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush.
