The Role:

The Ad Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional Brado teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and delivery of high-quality results. Specifically, this role manages the set up and monitoring of conversion tracking, manages tracking tags, conducts quality assurance checks and oversees the trafficking process.

Ideal candidates for this role will live in the St. Louis, MO or Dallas/Ft. Worth TX areas. While our day-to-day work is done remotely, our teams gather in person for intentional work as needed.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Oversee platform conversion tracking setup, ensuring accurate tracking of key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Create and monitor conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in driving desired actions such as website conversions, form submissions, or app installs.
  • Own the process start to finish of pulling pixels in platforms and creating tags and triggers in GTM and QA’ing to make sure all elements are firing properly.
  • Implement and manage tracking tags, including pixel tracking, conversion tracking, and remarketing tags. This may involve working with third-party ad servers or tag management platforms to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Implement and maintain floodlight tags for tracking conversions, remarketing, and other key metrics across multiple platforms.
  • Implement enhanced conversions and offline conversion tracking
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that ads are displayed correctly across different devices, browsers, and platforms. Verify that landing pages are functioning properly and tracking tags are firing correctly.
  • Managing the trafficking process; scheduling and delivering ads to publishers or ad networks accurately and on time according to the campaign schedule and targeting criteria.
  • Create and manage UTM parameters to track campaign performance and attribution accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and operation of ad tech solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot any issues related to ad serving or tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for digital advertising, including data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ad operations and digital marketing technology.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital campaign trafficking and conversion tracking experience
  • Experience in Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360, SA360, CM360 required.
  • Comfortable with utilizing Excel and usual formulas and functions within the program.
