About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to join our growing marketing team at Rula. As the director of our Marketing Operations function, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy by implementing martech solutions, optimizing operational processes, and leveraging data-driven insights. You'll be at the heart of our marketing team, using the latest tools and ideas to help our brand grow and reach more people seeking to improve their mental health. This is a player/coach role, responsible for building a strategy and executing against it. We're all about working together, learning new things, and making a real difference. Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a successful track record of driving results

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with at least 2+ years of people management experience

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies

  • Deep proficiency with SQL and Looker or other relevant BI/data visualization tools

  • Experience setting up marketing attribution systems

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Experience at an early-stage company

  • Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing tactics and tooling

  • Strong communication skills that can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical parties to find the right solution
