We’re looking for an account executive for our sales team in Australia to present Pipedrive as a leading solution for the CRM needs of our trial prospects. If you’re somebody who strives to exceed sales quotas, get in touch. We’d love to hear from you!

Your new adventure:

  • Understand the complexity of business concepts, structures, and processes, searches for business
  • Create loyal Pipedrive clients by performing outbound calls of prospective and current trial customers
  • Conduct consultative conversations with customers by asking key questions to understand their businesses and needs
  • Perform demonstrations to show the value of Pipedrive’s solutions
  • Contact customers to follow-up and offer appropriate solutions to ensure that their needs have been correctly and effectively met
  • Become an expert on Pipedrive and able to provide the right fit solutions to solve customers’ problems
  • Teamwork advocate and the “Go To” person for its peers by joining a buddy system for new joiners
  • Show interest in other team member’s work and mentor colleagues in order to increase team performance
  • Meet or exceeds sales quotas
  • Host Webinars for in trial customers
  • Track and document sales based conversations and activities in our internal Pipedrive “Pedigree” system

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely well organized, with great attention to detail
  • Customer and results-oriented
  • An excellent collaborator with a can-do mindset
  • Strong active listening and questioning skills
  • A team player and problem solver with a competitive attitude
  • Good negotiation skills and highly empathetic
