We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly organised event administrator to join Newton Media. With our market-leading brands we have ambitious plans to expand our product range and grow our revenues. We are looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail and an interest in website design. You will be adaptable to new technologies and have excellent time management skills.
The objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the operations and marketing teams working on the event portfolio to ensure websites and materials are accurate and up to date enabling effective execution and marketing of the event portfolio.

What you’ll be doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Event website creation and maintenance using basic website templates and ‘drag and drop’ style builder
- Checking production sheets for new speakers and sponsors and updating the website accordingly
- Collating and creating powerpoint slides for on site event delivery
- Collating speaker headshots, logos, and additional creatives in central repository
- Creating handbooks for speakers and sponsors with relevant event information

The capability to thrive under pressure will ensure success in this role as working on multiple projects simultaneously will be required. A keen interest in design and website design is key for this position. We are looking for a tenacious team player that is confident in taking ownership of their responsibilities, but even more confident in asking for help when they need it. This role sits within an operations team of 2 (but with a close relationship to the marketing team consisting of an additional 3 team members) with a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from and collaborate with.
